A truly entrepreneurial team of indendent thinking personalities.
Disagreement in a diverse and independent team is the key ingredient
In the quest for the best results, disagreement is a good thing. As a team of very diverse and independent thinking personalities, we disagree a lot. We combine the visionaries with the implementers, the finance guys with the sales and marketing people, the experience from legacy with the agility of the new kids on the block. It is always a struggle, oh boy! However, we have always managed to build the right solutions out of the debris of our disagreement. Proper delivery is the ultimate goal, if we haven’t taken a detour, though, apparently things haven’t been thought through.
CONSULTING FROM THE CENTRE OF GRAVITY
We realize that the degree of specificity of our clients' challenges constantly rises. Having slightly above average ideas and solutions is closer to failure than to success. Over decades, we have built the capabilities to integrate and to manage these experts in order to work as embedded part of the Stern Stewart project teams. Our consultants and partners make use of their broad experience and methodological knowledge and deliver project results that integrate specialist’s assessments into independent, critical assessed and holistic consulting solutions. As the center of gravity, we guarantee to reduce complexity for the client by identifying and selecting the right expertise out of the open universe of know-how.
But we all belong to one truly entrepreneurial team and this team has gravitiy – it is addictive. It has the power to pull people in.
